I got injured while running a little over two years ago. I went from running 30 miles a week to not at all. I had no idea what to do with all that energy. A friend suggested I try golf. I'd done almost every other sport so I took a few lessons and started to play. Turns out, golf is a HARD sport. I'd practice and play and get a little better but feel frustrated that I wasn't getting better fast enough. Turns out, being athletic can both help and hinder you. I can hit the ball well but am fairly inconsistent. I did what all good athletes do and took a lesson and things are going better (though still not fast enough!). A golf girlfriend of mine sent this to me and I was stunned by this shot. Amazing!!
